Prescription Refills

You may call the office during normal business hours at (781) 235-3444 and ask for the prescription refill line.  If our office is closed, you may leave your request on our voicemail.  To access our voicemail, please call the office at (781) 235-3444 and press 4 for prescription refills.  Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request.  

At anytime, you may also request prescription refills through Patient Gateway at www.patientgateway.org. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request.

Please be ready with the following information:

  • Patient’s name
  • Patient’s date of birth
  • Patient’s phone number
  • Medication name, strength, and dose
  • Patient’s doctor
  • Pharmacy name and location
  • Please let us know if you would like the prescription sent directly to the pharmacy or if you would like to pick it up at our office. For your convenience, we can also mail it to you.

Referrals

At anytime, you may also request a referral through Patient Gateway at www.patientgateway.org. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request.  

Please be ready with the following information:

  • Patient’s name and date of birth
  • Patient’s insurance carrier and subscriber number
  • Reason for referral
  • Number of visits required
  • Physician you will be seeing
  • Physician’s telephone and fax number
  • Date of appointment(s)
  • If possible, the NPI number of the facility and/or physician
